Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
Withing the United States, shipping is completely free of charge. Original paintings will be packaged by myself to maximize protection of the art and shipped Maine within just a few days via USPS. Prints (canvas or museum grade matte) will be reproduced on-demand. You will likely receive your art within 7 to 10 business days.
Customers outside the United States will be charged shipping. The original will be sent via UPS or FedEx. Prints will be sent from the most local printing facility to minimize shipping costs.
Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return to painting or print for a full refund, no questions asked.
If the art arrives damaged, please call (207) 650-8545 and send a picture of the damage via e-mail to oilpaintingsbyjohn@gmx.com. The artwork will be replaced free of charge. Of course, original oil paintings will take another week or two to ensure the paint is dry after being painted. Should you prefer a replacement original of your choice, it will be shipped as soon as possible.
